1. What DamKoto Does

DamKoto monitors comments and messages on your Facebook Page and automatically responds using your product catalog and the Claude AI model.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your product catalog, compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service, and all customer interactions on your Page. Do not use DamKoto to send spam or misleading information.

3. AI-Generated Replies

AI replies may occasionally be incorrect. DamKoto is a tool to assist your business, not a replacement for human judgment. We are not liable for losses resulting from AI-generated replies.

4. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for missed messages during outages.

5. Termination

You may disconnect your Page at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or Facebook's Platform Policies.
